FLOW FOR CONSUMER

Registration

A Person who wishes to join “Mama Mia’s Soko” will visit the company website. Once here, Consumer should click on Register link.

He/ She should have a valid Sponsor ID & Adjusted to ID (A person who is already a Consumer Member).

Joining/Subscription Package

Below is the joining package available at the time of registration

Pay mode for joining will be through wallet only of the Sponsoring Account.

 

Types of Consumers

There are four types of Consumer:

1. Inactive Consumer:

Pays for subscription package

Can login into account

Can sponsor all types of Consumers

Cannot receive any type of income (Downline CV & PCV will be lapsed)

Show id color Red

2. Qualified Consumer:

Has paid for subscription and purchased either of the three top up packages

Can login into account

Can sponsor all types of consumers

Cannot receive any type of income Downline CV & PCV will be lapsed)

Show Id color Yellow.

3. Active Consumer:

Has paid for subscription, purchased either of the three top packages and has sponsored two Qualified Consumers 1:1 left and right (1 Qualified Direct on Left: 1 Qualified Direct on Right)

Can login into account

Can sponsor all types of consumers

Can receive all types of income

Show Id color Green

4.  Guest Consumer:

FREE membership 

Can login into account

Can not sponsor all types of Consumers

Cannot receive any type of income (Downline CV & PCV will be lapsed)

Show id color Red 

Appears on the Generation View only (Not Team View)

 

E Wallet

Consumer will be able to use his wallet for: Top Up, renewal, Order placement.

Consumer will be able to add money into wallet using payment gateway and mobile money.

Consumer can transfer wallet amount to some other consumer’s wallet at ZERO cost 

Minimum withdraw amount through: 

• Bank transfer is Tzs 20,000
• Instant Pay is Tzs 3,000
• Vendors Encashment is Tzs 1,000

 

 

Consumer Top Up

 After joining consumers need to upgrade them with followingpackages

During top up the difference amount need to pay by consumer and the difference CV will increase to upline.

 4.5% extra payment gateway charges need to apply while top up.

Paymode for top up will be E Wallet, Mobile Money and Payment Gateway.

 

Consumer Renewal

Consumer need to renew themselves after one year from date of joining. (DOJ + 365 days)

Yearly renewal fees will be TZS 60,000 (for packages not including healthy insurance)

Paymode for renewal will be E Wallet, Mobile Money and Payment Gateway.

If consumer don’t renew then:

Cannot login into account

Cannot able to purchase

Cannot not able to sponsor

Cannot receive any income (Downline CV & PCV will be lapsed)

Admin will be able to renew any consumer forcefully from admin back office.
